One of them is the employment data for Australia, which consists of employment change and the unemployment rate. The previous release was mixed: while employment change advanced by 13.5K, the unemployment rate rose to 5.3%. The reaction of the AUD was limited. What can we expect this time?
- If the actual level of employment change is higher and the unemployment rate is lower than the forecasts, the AUD will strengthen;
- If the actual level of employment change is lower and the unemployment rate is higher than the forecasts, the AUD will weaken.
Canada will publish the employment change and the unemployment rate on July 10, at 15:30 MT time.
